Human Resources Staffing Coordinator

Eden Prairie Schools is seeking a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator to join our collaborative and forward-thinking HR team. In this vital role, you’ll help shape the district’s workforce by coordinating hiring and employee lifecycle processes that keep our schools and departments thriving. You will manage applicant tracking and onboarding systems, guide hiring managers through the recruitment and selection process, and maintain employment records with precision and confidentiality. 

Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • A combination of education and professional HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, staffing, or related customer service role preferred
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
Benefit Overview:
Position Reports to: Director of Staffing, Hiring, and Retention
Salary:EPSS, Level III - $87,231
Vacation20 days/year
Holidays12 paid holidays/year
Sick Leave14 days per year cumulative to 254 days
Medical/Hospitalization: Medical/hospitalization insurance with low premiums for  single coverage; generous contributions provided by the employer towards family coverage premium.
Dental InsuranceDental insurance is fully paid by the employer for single or family coverage.
Life InsuranceLife insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee’s annual salary
Long Term Disability InsuranceLong term disability fully paid by the employer.
Tax Sheltered Annuity Matching ProgramDistrict TSA match up to 2.25% of employee’s base salary.
Tuition Reimbursement50% tuition for up to 3 credits per academic session for pre-approved coursework
