INcourage Health, LLC, a therapist-owned and family-first company, is hiring for multiple Physical and Occupational Therapist positions to cover leaves in various Minnesota school districts for the 2025-26 school year. More assignments will be offered as they become available.  Ability to work partially remotely with flexible scheduling.

Currently looking to fill both a full-time OT and PT position in central MN from January to approximately the end of the school year. 

Mileage reimbursement between school buildings/home visits. Ability to do documentation and meetings from home with flexible scheduling.

This is a 1099/independent contractor position.

Requirements: At least one year of school-based PT/OT experience preferred, MN PT/OT licensure, valid driver''s license.
