JOB SUMMARY:  LSN is responsible for the delivery of Health Services District Wide.  LSN will enlist and engage the cooperation of health services team, support service team, and employees from every unit district wide to maintain, prevent and encourage a high level of wellness in the school population(s).  LSN will facilitate the District’s compliance with state and federal mandates related to school health and the student and staff populations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Must be a licensed school nurse with the State of Minnesota or ability to be licensed (RN, PHN, LSN)
Ability to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
Willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
Must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

WAGES:
Ranging from $47,841 - $97,251, dependent on education and experience
