Community of Peace Academy is an urban public charter school located on the East Side of Saint Paul, Minnesota serving approximately 850 students in grades PreK to 12. We are seeking an 6^th Grade Math Teacher to join our Middle School team. In addition to teaching three sections of 6th grade Math, the 6th Grade Math teacher will serve as the Advisory/Ethics Teacher for a cohort of 6^th grade students. The qualified applicant will hold a Minnesota Teaching license in Mathematics, have a strong understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards in Math, possess the ability to develop rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds, and demonstrate an unyielding commitment to helping all students attain high academic and ethical standards of performance.
