Fairmont Elementary is seeking an energetic, passionate, student-centered 6th Grade Long Term Substitute Teacher Position. 
Dates of the long term substitute position will be March 2, 2026 through June 5, 2026.

Desired Qualifications:

• Actively participates in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC)

• Actively collaborates with students, parents, staff and community to promote engagement  

• Is committed to individual professional development and utilizing best practice in lesson development, differentiation, and delivery

• Prepares lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota State Standards

• Understands and promotes school-wide Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) program and Top 20 thinking

• Multilingual

• Starting salary no less than $270.13/day.
