Description:
Shakopee Public Schools is searching for a 1.0 FTE Long Term Substitute (LTS) to teach 4th grade at Red Oak Elementary from approximately January 5, 2026 through February 4, 2026.

Job Summary:
Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student''s ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.

Qualifications:

• Valid MN teaching license for Elementary Education.
• Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
