JOB DESCRIPTION
HOURLY PAY RANGE: $18.53/hour and benefits package
NUMBER OF WORKDAYS: 215 Days (which includes 11 paid holidays)
WORKDAY HOURS: 7:30-4:00 PM

| QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: (Minimum Level of Education and Experience Required) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (Minimum Competencies for Job Performance) | High school diploma or equivalent with post-secondary education preferred. Experience in office administrative support desired. Demonstrated computer proficiency in word processing, database and spreadsheet programs. Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality. Ability to: take initiative and work in an unsupervised setting, prioritize workflow in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions and operate standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively through excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational skills with the expectations to work respectfully and confidentially with people of all ages. |
| JOB GOAL: | Assist the building principal in providing for the needs of staff members, students, parents/guardians, and the general public. |
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Light to moderate degree of physical stamina and occasional lifting up to 25
