Facility Manager
 
Job description
Dashir is looking to hire a Facility Manager to oversee all building-related activities at the Southland School District in Adams, MN. You will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe, well maintained, and ready for daily activities. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, well-organized and have a good understanding of custodial and facility maintenance services.
 
Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with your staff, teachers, district administration, and Dashir
• Ensure that the building is clean and ready for students, staff, and the public
• Manage the upkeep of equipment
• Complete maintenance requests
• Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors
• Manage service contracts
• Keep complete and organized records

 
Skills

• Proven leadership experience
• Experience in facility maintenance or relevant positions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• Boilers license or the ability to attain one

 
Job type: Full-Time
