Principal - Queen of Peace Catholic School (QPCS) – Cloquet, MN
Queen of Peace Catholic School is a PreK–8 Catholic classical school serving 130 students and growing by approximately 10% annually. Deeply rooted in the Catholic faith and classical pedagogy, QPCS seeks a faithful, mission-driven principal to lead the school’s continued growth.
Students attend daily Mass, receive strong catechetical formation, and serve the parish through sacred music, altar serving, and sacristan ministry. Sacred music is our primary fine art, enriching school life and Sunday liturgies. The school is a central mission of a vibrant parish committed to forming saints, supporting families, and fostering priestly and religious vocations.
QPCS is supported by a highly engaged pastor, a committed parent community, and strong financial stability. Recent investments include a major church restoration campaign, long-term school sustainability efforts, and $1 million raised toward the construction of a convent as we prayerfully seek religious sisters to teach in the school. A Catholic high school program (Mater Dei Apostolate) operates on campus and serves as a natural continuation for graduates, with potential for future integration.
Beyond administrative leadership, the principal serves as the spiritual leader and public face of the school, forming teachers in the Catholic faith and classical education while working closely with the pastor.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$95,000 salary (commensurate with experience and family needs)
