Special Education Teacher
Caledonia Area Middle/High School – Caledonia, MN

Caledonia Area Middle/High School is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position supports students with a range of special needs through direct instruction, collaboration, and individualized programming.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specially designed instruction as outlined in student IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
• Develop and maintain compliant and effective IEPs
• Collect data and monitor student progress toward goals
• Implement behavior support strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (ABS, LD, EBD, or similar area)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Experience with due process systems preferred (SpEd Forms)
• Salary range $49,789 - $84,393
