Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT) Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools Why TCU : This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative school district with a forward-thinking vision.
