Start Your Online Application Now POSITION: K-8 Art Teacher - 1.0 FTE LOCATION: TCU Montgomery K-8 STARTING DATE: 2026-2027 school year, first day of new teacher workshop is August 25, 2026 SALARY RANGE: $45,500-$75,125 based on qualifications and years of experience Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement and paid time off REPORTS TO: Building Principal DATE OF POSTING: 2/5/2026 LICENSURE: Minnesota Teaching License Required QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS: Art Teaching experience preferred, but not required. Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT) Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools Why TCU : This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative school district with a forward-thinking vision.
