Randolph Public School Elementary Principal/Community Education Director 12-Month Position Starting Salary: $90,000 (based on administrative experience) Full Family Health Coverage & Benefits per Contract Position begins July 1, 2026 Qualifications: · Minnesota Principal Licensure is required. (Community Education Director Licensure is not required). · Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. · Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and community members. · Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and instructional best practices. Leadership and School Culture: · Oversee day-to-day operations of the Elementary School, including conferences and building management. · Maintain high visibility and approachability with students, staff and families. · Support teachers in parent communications and student discipline. · Enhance positive school climate through True Blue Elementary initiatives, including Kindness Week and Student of the Month assemblies. Instructional Leadership : · Evaluate teachers through formal and informal observations. · Meet with each teacher regarding their Professional Growth Plan · Coordinate grade-level meetings, specialist meetings and full elementary staff meetings. · Support curriculum review, selection, and purchasing. · Coordinate the elementary library program. · Proctor district assessments (MCA, ACT, ASVAB, ACT Prep). Community Education and Community Relations: · Attend all elementary activities and assigned district events. · Attend school board meetings and report on Elementary and Community Education matters. · Collaborate with the Community Education Advisory Committee. · Develop and coordinate youth and adult programming. Student Services and Compliance: · Serve as Homeless Liaison Coordinator. · Ensure compliance reporting for Special Education. · Prepare end-of-year reports including: Community Education Report, Reading Well by 3rd Grade, K-3 Literacy Plan, Discipline Report. Operations and Administration: · Hire and evaluate staff; manage non-renewals as necessary. · Coordinate Picture Day and Retake Day. · Serve on the Safety Committee. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
