SUMMARY OF POSITION Three Rivers Montessori classroom teachers are an instrumental part of the fabric of our school setting. To be effective, you will need to collaborate, manage multiple tasks, and intuitively problem solve to identify specific student needs. We work to cultivate a culture where we all learn and grow together. JOB DUTIES Conduct instruction according to student needs. Develop instructional materials, strategies, and implement instruction to enrich and engage students in rigorous, relevant learning. Provide an honest, respectful, caring, and safe environment for students. Responsible for meeting the mission, vision, and values of the school. QUALIFICATIONS ? Valid Minnesota teaching licensure in respective area (Grades K?6) ? Effective oral and written communication skills ? Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development ?
