Agriculture/CTE Teacher ?Long term Sub for Fall semester 2026 ?Bethlehem Academy Bethlehem Academy is currently accepting applications for a dynamic, innovative, and energetic Agriculture and CTE Long-Term Sub for the first semester of the 2026-2027 school year (August through December). The long-term substitute teacher will be tasked with growing and maintaining our agriculture and shop program for both middle and high school students at Bethlehem Academy. Courses include woodshop, intarsia, veterinary and animal science, plant science, etc. The successful applicant will possess and display: A clear love of working with teenagers to discover their God-given gifts A love of Agriculture and CTE education and a strong interest in making both accessible to teens A desire to continually grow as a teacher and member of a school community A desire to deepen our community?s connection to agriculture education A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others Strong communication skills with students, co-workers, & parents Strong collaboration skills Possess a positive outlook Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in AG and/CTE Education or related degree. Experience with students in a classroom or performance setting required The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively, and maintain record keeping Ability to maintaining an orderly classroom MN Teaching License preferred, but not required Open until filled.
