INcourage Health, LLC, a therapist-owned and family-first company, is hiring for multiple Physical and Occupational Therapists, as well as Speech-Language Pathologists, to cover various positions in Minnesota school districts for the 2026-27 school year. Ability to work partially remotely with flexible scheduling. No PLC''s or PD days required. Start date: varies Mileage reimbursement between school buildings/home visits. Ability to do documentation and meetings from home. Flexible scheduling, work on a school calendar This is a 1099/independent contractor position. Requirements: MN licensure, and valid driver''s license. Prefer experience with school-based OT/PT/SLP.
