2026-2027 School Year Qualifications/Experience: High School Diploma/GED. Successful background check required. Prefer school experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to deal with challenging situations. Maintain and ensure confidentiality of student and personnel data. Interest in working with students. Patience, flexibility, compassion, team work. Exemplify the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty. Specific Tasks: Enter, update and maintain student data, including enrollment, attendance, family changes, Special Education and other student services and supports. Greet, assist and provide direction for visitors, new staff and substitutes. Provide backup for Principal''s Administrative Assistant and Health Administrative Assistant as needed.
