Job Summary: Curriculum, Instruction, and Learning Design . Support teaching and learning by aligning curriculum, instructional practices, and digital tools to standards and learning outcomes. Professional Learning and Instructional Support. Build educator capacity through high-quality professional learning, coaching, and leadership development that integrates instructional best practices and effective use of educational technology. Systems Implementation and Technology Operation. Ensure effective implementation, sustainability, and alignment of instructional technology systems . Evaluation, Impact, and Continuous Improvement. Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of instructional practices, professional learning, and technology integration. Qualifications: BA Degree; MA preferred Minnesota teaching License 5 years teaching experience. Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating high-quality professional learning for adult learners.
