Join our SLP team! Princeton Public Schools (ISD 477) is looking for two creative, independent, and forward-thinking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative team for the 2026-2027 school year. We have an opening with our Birth-3/Preschool team as well as an opening at our K-2 early elementary school. About the Team: Our current team includes specialists with dedicated focus areas in AAC/AT, motor speech, and feeding. We work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive continuum of care for our students. We strive for manageable caseload volumes to ensure high-quality therapy and meaningful collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success. Support students using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. Qualifications: Master?s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Minnesota SLP licensure (or eligibility). Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome and encouraged to apply! We provide experienced mentors and supervision compliant with ASHA and state guidelines. SLPAs are also welcome to apply for supporting roles. Benefits: Annual CCC Stipend offered. Assistive Tech support for AAC users. Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental.
