Instead of managing a traditional homeroom, this teacher will specialize in delivering high-quality literacy and math group instruction, splitting their time between both grade levels to drive student growth and mastery. Key Responsibilities: Targeted Instruction: Plan and deliver differentiated literacy and math lessons for Grade 2 and Grade 3 small groups. Collaborative Planning: Partner closely with Grade 2 and Grade 3 homeroom teachers to align instruction and support core curriculum goals. Student Progress Monitoring: Assess student data regularly to adapt instruction and ensure groups are fluid and responsive to student needs. Classroom Management: Cultivate a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment across multiple classroom settings. Work is performed under the supervision of the Principal. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor''s degree in teaching, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
