Screen students for EL services, monitor progress, and keep families informed along the way. Use high-impact strategies to teach English Learners at all levels, helping them grow in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Collaborate with classroom teachers and intervention staff to support student success across all subjects. Create lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and culturally responsive. Use student data to guide instruction and track growth. Pitch in where needed?including subbing in classrooms or supporting school-wide events. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working with a diverse student body and staff community. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with English Learners in an urban school setting. Proven ability to drive language growth and academic success. Language skills in Spanish or Somali (huge plus!). Why Work at NECP?
