April 1, 2026 Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Speech & Language Pathologist Under the direction of the Building Principal, the Speech & Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech and language therapy services directly to qualifying students based upon state and federal requirements in the areas of language, articulation, fluency and voice. Conducts speech and language assessments of student needs; interprets informal and standardized communicative measures; and participates in the development of individualized educational plans for students with eligible communicative needs. Bachelor?s Degree Range: $52,870 to $85,544 Master?s Degree Range: $60,558 to $91,310 Master?s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $68,246 to $93,232 Hours Per Day 7.5 Hours Per Day Schedule (Approximately) 7:15am ? 3:15pm or 7:30am - 3:30pm Working Days per Year 182 Teacher Work Days, 2026-2027 School Year Benefits Benefits may be prorated based upon start date.
