Brandon-Evansville Schools has an opening for the 2026?2027 school year for a full-time K?12 Special Education Teacher. Interested applicants must submit the following: Letter of interest Three letters of reference Resume Transcripts Minnesota or current teaching license (as applicable) ISD 2908 Employment Application Job Summary: Responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in order to meet their individual academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs. The teacher will ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with general education staff, families, and related service providers. This position serves students across K?12 grade levels and supports the development of skills necessary for lifelong learning and responsible citizenship. Preferred Qualifications, Education, and Experience: Seeking a candidate who demonstrates strong collaboration skills, the ability to differentiate instruction, and experience working with diverse learning needs. Knowledge of special education processes, including IEP development and implementation, progress monitoring, and compliance requirements, is preferred.
