EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Valid K-6 Minnesota Teaching License ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Applies the Marzano High Reliability Schools framework to guide instructional decisions Plans and delivers instruction aligned to Minnesota State Standards using strong content knowledge and effective teaching strategies Differentiates instruction and provides multiple learning opportunities to meet the needs of diverse learners Uses a variety of instructional methods and formative assessments to monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust instruction Integrates technology, creativity, and real-world or community connections to enhance student learning and engagement Models effective learning behaviors and fosters student engagement, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving Maintains an organized, structured classroom environment and builds positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and administration Demonstrates a growth mindset by continuously learning, reflecting on practice, and adapting instruction to improve student outcomes Assumes professional responsibility Performs other duties as assigned SALARY & BENEFITS: Depends on qualifications.
