Position Overview: Community Ed Summer Theater Tech Director/Light and Sound Designer
Hours/Day: Varies depending on theater production schedule
Days/Year: 4/27/2026-7/31/2026
Compensation/benefits: $2,800
Job Description:
The Technical Director (TD) is responsible for the oversight and execution of all technical elements for our theatrical season, with a specialized focus on Lighting and Sound Design. This role bridges the gap between artistic vision and technical reality, ensuring that every production is safe, high-quality, and visually/audibly immersive. The TD will manage the technical budget, supervise student or volunteer crews, and maintain all backstage systems
