Isle Schools has a 1.0 F/T Industrial Tech or Ag Tech available for the 2026-2027 school yea r. Candidates must hold a valid MN Industrial Technology or Agriculture license. We will work with you to obtain a license and provide support. Plan and deliver Industrial Technology courses - woods, welding, manufacturing, and the like- according to district and state standards. We are committed to maintaining and growing our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. CTE programs provide significant benefits by offering hands-on, real-world skill training that increases high school graduation rates, enhances engagement, and boosts future earnings. These programs prepare students for high-demand technical careers through industry certifications and practical experience in fields like manufacturing, health science, and STEM. Qualifications & Skills Strong desire to help all students achieve success Knowledge of best instructional practices and content standards Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging lessons for students with diverse learning needs and abilities Assess student progress using a variety of tools, and collect/analyze data to inform instruction Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment Communicate regularly with students, parents, and multiple stakeholders regarding student learning and progress Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities Supervise students to ensure safety and support positive behavior Contribute to school improvement initiatives and professional learning opportunities Join our Team!
