Elementary Classroom Teacher Glenville-Emmons Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary Teacher to join our team. This position involves creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver standards-based instruction aligned with Minnesota academic standards Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of all students Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Use data and assessments to guide instructional decisions and monitor student progress Collaborate with colleagues in a multi-grade, team-oriented setting Integrate technology and hands-on learning opportunities where appropriate Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians Participate in school-wide activities, committees, and community events Support students? social-emotional development and model positive behavior Adapt to teaching multiple subjects and potentially multi-grade classrooms Qualifications and Employment details Bachelor?s degree in Elementary Education or related field Current Minnesota teaching license Strong classroom management and instructional skills Work schedule based on Teacher?s Master Contract Salary based on experience and qualifications Key Skills & Attributes Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, and community members Flexibility and adaptability in a small-school environment Collaborative mindset and willingness to take on multiple roles Effective communication and organizational skills Commitment to student success and continuous improvement Opportunities for meaningful relationships with students and families Interested candidates should email a cover letter, resume, copy of their Minnesota teaching license, transcripts, and 3 letters of recommendation to Jeff Tietje, K-12 Principal, tietjej@geschools.com
