Position Overview Job Title: Elementary Education Teacher Number of Openings: 2 Location: Swanville Elementary School Reports To: Principal Sheryl Johnson Key Responsibilities Design and implement engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans in core subject areas. Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student curiosity and respect. Utilize data-driven instruction to differentiate learning for a diverse range of student needs. Collaborate with grade-level peers, specialists, and support staff to enhance the educational experience. Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Qualifications Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Elementary Education (or eligibility for licensure). Strong understanding of child development and effective classroom management strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to professional growth and the success of the Swanville community.
