POSITION: Preschool Educator (Screening/Coaching) LOCATION: Forest Lake Area Education Center STARTING SALARY FOR 1.0 FTE BA - MA+40 / PAY RANGE: $29.14-$31.87 with no teaching license, $29.72-$35.53 with a teaching license LINK TO BENEFITS & OTHER COMPENSATION: FLEA Agreement Job Description: This position is for a preschool educator who conducts Early Childhood Screening using the Minneapolis Preschool Screening Instrument - Revised (MPSI-R). In addition, this work provides coaching to other program staff in implementing social-emotional strategies. Qualifications: Preferred current MN Teaching license in Early Childhood, Birth to 3rd grade, or Pre-Primary. Experience with the Minneapolis Preschool Screening Instrument - Revised (MPSI-R), Pyramid Model or similar frameworks. Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - Early Childhood Screening 7:30-4:15 Tuesday and Friday - Coaching 9:00-3:30 Additional information: Information on the payscale can be found on the Forest Lake Area Education Association agreement.
