Lynd Public School Position Opening: 4th Grade Teacher Lynd Public School is seeking a passionate and dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to join our team. Position Summary: The 4th Grade Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging instruction in core subject areas, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting the academic and social-emotional development of all students. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and classroom activities Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and support staff Participate in professional development and school initiatives Qualifications: Valid Minnesota teaching license in Elementary Education (or ability to obtain) Strong classroom management and instructional skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably upper elementary Knowledge of best practices in literacy and math instruction Experience integrating technology into the classroom Compensation & Benefits: Salary based on the negotiated master agreement Competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement, and paid leave Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest, resume, transcripts, and three letters of recommendation.
