Position Details: Location: Rippleside Elementary School Schedule: Monday?Friday, 7:50 a.m. ? 3:05 p.m. Employment Term: 9-month position (school year) Start Date: December 15, 2025 End Date: Through May 2026 Reports To: Building Principal and District Speech-Language Pathologist Pay starts at : $17.92/depending on experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Two-year degree or successful completion of ParaPro test (preferred) Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred) Comfort using technology to support virtual instruction Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities Include: Assisting students during virtual speech therapy sessions Managing devices, logins, and materials for online services Providing supervision and engagement support during sessions Reinforcing communication and speech goals as directed by the SLP Collaborating with classroom staff to support student success Assisting with due process related paperwork, maintaining scheduling, and tracking student attendance Communicating with the District Speech-Language Pathologist and Virtual Therapy Provider regularly to improve processes Application Procedure: Interested applicants should submit an application through the Frontline Application Tracking program.
