Compensation Range: Depending on Education and Experience - Salary starts at $44,807

Position Description:
Candidates selected to fill our teacher role will be given the great responsibility of continuing our commitment to academic excellence. You will oversee the design and delivery of instruction that ensures the success of all learners. In addition, you will be responsible for building positive relationships and working collaboratively with students, parents, and staff members to foster a caring, safe, inclusive learning environment for all.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid MN teaching license.
- Ideal candidate will have previous elementary level teaching experience.
- Ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of core content areas such as math and literacy.
- Must have strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Must have the ability to build positive working relationships with students, parents and staff.
