Start Your Online Application Now Date of Availability: Summer 2026 Date Closing: Open Until Filled Job Description: Position: Mi Casa Summer Camp Counselor Dates: July 6th - August 6th Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $11.41 - $16.00 per hour Job Summary: As a support staff member in the Mi Casa summer program, you will work directly with students, providing assistance and guidance during their activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with activities and projects during the program. Provide academic and emotional support to students as needed. Ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. Help supervise and manage small groups of students. Assist in setting up and cleaning up after program activities. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families as necessary. Support the implementation of lesson plans and activities under the direction of program leaders. Qualifications: Must attend mandatory staff training: Tuesday, June 30th, 10am - 2pm Must be available for all camp dates. Previous experience working with students is preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Working Conditions: Classroom, office, lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, sitting, keyboarding, etc. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
