This position needs to be filled promptly until the end of the school year 6/10/2026. We are actively reviewing applications as they are submitted. Responsibilities: Support, modify, adjust and monitor behavior programs based on IEP goals for special education Implement positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques as directed Assit with supervision during instructional and non-instructional needs as directed Apply student management techniques and reinforcement schedules under the supervision and direction of teacher/IEP manager and/or building principal Perform other duties of a similar nature or level Requirements: Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Temporary Behavior Para Payrate $22.36 per hour Not medical or dental benefit eligible.
