Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and administrators to create intervention strategies that address barriers to student success. Identify and connect students with family, school, and community resources to maximize their educational experience. Provide both individual and group counseling to students and their families as needed. Act as a resource for school staff regarding the identification and reporting of child abuse or neglect. Partner with community organizations and mental health professionals to support students'' well-being. Help school staff recognize how factors in a child''s home, school, and community may influence their academic performance and behavior. Perform additional duties as needed.
