Start Your Online Application Now POSITION : Choir Director, High School and Middle School - 1.0 FTE LOCATION: TCU High School in Montgomery, MN Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery STARTING DATE: 2026-2027 school year, first day of new teacher workshop is August 25, 2026 SALARY RANGE: $45,500-$75,125 based on qualifications and years of experience Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement, and paid time off REPORTS TO: Building Principals DATE OF POSTING: April 28, 2026 LICENSURE: Appropriate MN Licensure through PELSB QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS: - Choir directing teaching experience is preferred, but not required. - Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT) - Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement - Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery - Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota/National Music and Choral Standards - Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program / Titan Pride within our schools WHY TCU: This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative school district with a forward-thinking vision.
