Reports to:  Building Principal

FLSA Status: $44,000-$60,000 based upon experience 

Schedule:  Monday - Friday 7:35-3:35 

Union: Teacher

Cedar Mountain has a 1.0 FTE 6th-grade teaching position available for the 2026-2027 school year.  

Cedar Mountain is a consolidated school district in Southwest Minnesota. 

Job Summary:

Cedar Mountain seeks a 6th-grade teacher who is enthusiastic about teaching and promoting high academic standards. The qualified candidate will prepare lessons, instruct students of a wide range of abilities, collaborate with other teachers, and create a positive learning environment.  

Required Qualifications

• A valid MN teaching license

or

• A willingness to obtain an Out of Field Permission with PELSB
