Assistant Elementary Teacher ? (E1, 1-3rd grade ) Hand In Hand Christian Montessori ? Roseville, MN Campus,?has a part-time (24 hours/week) assistant teacher opening in our Elementary Homeschool (3-day) Academy classroom for the 26-27 school year. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a Montessori Environment. Applicants should?have at least one year?s experience working with children. Hours expected to be on campus are between 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Wednesday. Assistants are responsible for: Assisting and redirecting students during Montessori work cycles Helping with transitions Supervising lunch and recess Leading specialists (optional) Environment preparation Assisting lead teacher with administrative projects to prepare and organize materials Salary based on an hourly rate range starting at $17/hour, based upon experience and education.
