We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable leader to continue building a competitive and supportive team environment. Pay Rate: Compensation will be in accordance with Schedule C of the Teacher Master Agreement Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Plan and conduct all practices, games, and off-season training. Emphasize skill development, leadership, and academic success. Collaborate with lower-level coaches to align program goals. Foster a positive and inclusive team environment. Communicate regularly with players, families, and school staff. Qualifications: Coaching and/or playing experience in basketball required. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Must meet MSHSL and district coaching requirements. Why join Albert Lea Activities?
