Position Summary: Teacher will serve as a student-centered educator who is a learner and warm demander for all learners. The teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues, families, and students. Teacher will understand and model best instructional practices, serve as a member of a Professional Learning Community, and ensure high levels of student learning. Candidate must have a learner, inclusionary, and equity-focused mindset and see that their presence has an impact with students and our school environment. This long-term position is from 8/24/26 - 11/13/26. Qualifications: -Valid MN EL Teaching license . -Student-Centered -Commitment and belief around ensuring all students learn at high levels . -Demonstrated use of research-based instructional and engagement strategies to meet the continuum of individual learning needs while using data and assessments to guide instructional decisions. -Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students to achieve student learning results. Rate of Pay: Based on candidates'' education and experience per the OEA Master Agreement. Benefits offered for this position are as listed __ Teaching Long Term Substitute: Eligible for Health and Dental Insurance (single or family) after 12 weeks of uninterrupted service as a long-term substitute for the same teacher or for any other professional covered by the OEA Master Agreement.
