This position plays a key role in ensuring rental events run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The Site Manager will be responsible for event setup and teardown, building monitoring during rentals, and providing excellent customer service to rental groups and community members. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee all facility and gym rentals during assigned shifts. Coordinate and assist with rental setup and teardown according to event requirements. Monitor the building and ensure all policies and safety procedures are followed. Serve as the on-site point of contact for rental clients, addressing questions or issues as they arise. Communicate with the Activities Center Manager regarding scheduling, building needs, and event reports. Secure the building before and after rentals (unlocking/locking doors, turning lights off, ensuring cleanliness, etc.). Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly. Maintain a professional and positive image as a representative of Spectrum High School. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Experience in facility management, customer service, or event supervision preferred. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed. Work Schedule & Compensation: Schedule: Part-time; primarily evenings and weekends; hours vary based on rental schedule.
