5TH GRADE TEACHER POSITION STATUS: Full-time CONTRACT DAYS: 220 per academic year COMPENSATION: $60,000?$85,000 based on experience LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS: Administrative License or business degree preferred. NLA serves about 425 students across an elementary campus (grades K?6) and a secondary campus (grades 7?12). JOB DESCRIPTION: North Lakes Academy is seeking a qualified 5th Grade Teacher for the 2026?2027 school year. This position is responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic growth and student success. The ideal candidate is passionate about elementary education and committed to delivering high-quality instruction aligned with state and district standards while supporting the whole child.
