The Engagement Director is responsible for supporting student achievement in and out of the school. Applicants need to demonstrate leadership capacity, have knowledge of data driven decision making, have strong communication skills, and be a resource for families and students. This position is also responsible for monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and complying with grant regulations. Applicant must have a 4-year degree. Rate of pay will range from $35-$45/hour and is a 12-month position (260 day contract) for 3 years. Position will be open until filled.
