Start Your Online Application Now Date of Availability: ASAP Date Closing: Until Filled HOMEBOUND SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICE PROVIDER POSITION DETAILS: Hours: 3-5 hours per week plus prep time; Flexible scheduling Salary: $32.12 per hour; Schedule D (pg 51) of the DTA Master Agreement ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide direct special education instruction to student receiving homebound/home-based services in academic, functional, behavioral, and/or social emotional areas Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, and related instructional supports in the homebound setting. Collaborate with families, general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure continuity of education programming. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of instructional services, attendance, progress toward IEP goals, and communicate with stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: An appropriate MN Special Education teaching license or the ability to attain one.
