Job Summary: Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student''s ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members. Qualifications: Current MN teaching license in English/Language Arts or Communication Arts/Literature license Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction Strong classroom management skills Effective communication skills Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff Working Conditions: Classroom environment.
