New Heights School of Stillwater Minnesota is seeking a full-time Elementary Teacher for a combined K/1 grade classroom for the 2026-27 school year. New Heights was established in 1993 as the nation''s first K-12 charter school and has an excellent reputation for serving the Greater St. Croix Valley for more than 30 years. New Heights offers: a competitive salary for the charter sector, small class sizes averaging 15 students per teacher, a safe school culture, mentoring, QComp incentives, a friendly staff and collaborative work environment.
