You must have transportation available to attend meetings and home visits as appropriate. Wages: You?ll be eligible for a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to make a difference in the community. Full-time 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits. With a Child Development Associate Credential: $19.58 - $27.41/hr; 2-year associate?s degree: $20.95 - $29.32/hr; 4-year degree: $23.98 - $33.57/hr.
