Position Summary: LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE for Grade 7 Language Arts Teacher from August 24, 2026 - November 24, 2026. Seeking a dedicated and dynamic Long Term Substitute to join our team at the middle school. Becker Middle School is a grades 6-8 building. Key Responsibilities: Long Term Substitute will be responsible to carry out the responsibilities required as a long term sub working with 7th grade students in Language Arts (there are two language arts teachers for each grade level). - Collaborate with colleagues to carry out Multi-tiered System of Supports. - Maintain accurate records of students'' grades and attendance. - Practice and carry out rules and procedures as defined by the Becker Area School District. - Participate in staff in-service, staff meetings, department work, committee work, conference nights, etc. - Communicate in a positive way to develop rapport with learners and treat them with respect. Salary: BA Lane, plus years of experience (see attached contract).
