Recruit, select, supervise, and support student participation. Organize auditions, rehearsals, and performance schedules. Prepare students for subsection, section, and state competition performances. Foster student growth in acting, teamwork, confidence, and stage presence. Coordinate costumes, props, sets, and technical needs. Maintain positive communication with students, families, and staff. Transport students via Type III school vehicles, as requested. Qualifications: Experience in theater, drama, directing, or performing arts preferred. Ability to effectively work with middle school and/or high school students. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Dependable and punctual. Must meet district extracurricular employment requirements.
