Skills in instruction, behavior intervention, and de-escalation are necessary to be successful in this position. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must hold a valid MN teaching license in a special education licensure area, exhibit proven teaching abilities, demonstrate effective communication skills, and be flexible and organized.
