This position collaborates with general education and special education staff to develop and implement research-based behavioral supports, crisis intervention strategies, and individualized programming that promotes student success across educational settings. The Behavior Interventionist also supports implementation of the Boys Town Education Model and assists teams in creating safe, structured, and supportive learning environments for students with significant behavioral, emotional, or social needs.
